Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy clinical/operational programs and monitor patient regimens.
• Review and input treatment orders for accuracy of dosage and administration.
• Collaborate with hospital disciplines to support service lines.
• Develop and lead clinical services such as drug consults and nutrition support.
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff on medications and potential interactions.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimize pharmacotherapeutic care.
• Oversee preparation of treatments and inventory records.
• Ensure pharmacy technicians perform duties safely and completely.
