Job summary

Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a clinically trained pharmacist to join our growing team. The pharmacist will provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, on a rotating basis, and will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement clinical pharmacy services for cellular therapy.

The role includes developing treatment and supportive care protocols, participating in tumor boards, research/clinical trials, and precepting students and residents,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with PharmD or equivalent.
• Indiana Pharmacist license; BCOP preferred.
• Completed PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Oncology, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement and maintain clinical pharmacy services for cellular therapy.
• Develop treatment and supportive care protocols and network policies.
• Participate in disease-specific tumor boards, research/clinical trials, and precepting students and residents.
