Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Clinical Ops Specialist to serve as a physician liaison and manage practice operations for the SEH Cancer Care Center.

You will facilitate communication with referring professionals, monitor WRVUs and patient satisfaction, and promote Epic proficiency and productive scheduling. The role focuses on provider relations, enterprise-wide collaboration, and accurate reporting while coordinating education and onboarding for new providers and staff in a

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong reporting skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Organized, self-directed and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Five (5) years of experience in physician relations, network development, medical office, or similar role in hospital marketing, medical affairs, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider-led symposiums and onboarding activities.
• Manage physician schedules and relationships between hospital, physician groups and external partners.
• Prepare and review physician scorecards and reports; ensure timely documentation and charge entry.
• Assist Medical Affairs with onboarding of new Medical Staff and related events; support credentialing activities.
