The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a motivated Medical Office Coordinator to support the RN Clinical Navigator across multiple locations. The role involves coordinating referrals, scheduling procedures, researching testing modalities, and maintaining physician calendars.

Strong communication, organizational, and Epic experience are essential for success in this hybrid support role. Primary duties include liaising between physicians, patients, and staff; screening calls; and

Competenze

• 3–5 years medical office experience required.
• Oncology research data experience including pathology/testing preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.

Mansioni

• Assists the RN Clinical Navigator as liaison between physicians, patients, and office staff.
• Screens patient calls and relays information to the Clinical Navigator.
• Coordinates procedures, referrals, and testing across TCHMS II locations and out-of-town centers.
• Maintains physician schedules across locations, handling vacations and conferences.
• Assists with daily rounds, gathering data for in-patients and updating staff.
