Qualifications

• Nurses hired after Sept 1, 2026 must sign ADN-to-BSN agreement and complete BSN by fifth anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies related to medication safety and administration.
• Answers calls, triages patient care needs.
• Coordinates care with hospital teams and external providers.
• Demonstrates safe, therapeutic patient care and effective communication with patients and families.
• Leads and mentors team members to maintain a safe, collaborative work environment.
