Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Clinical Educator to provide education and training to Healthcare Professionals in oncology facilities across the United States. You will deliver product and disease-state information, dosing protocols, administration guidelines, and adverse event reporting with a focus on quality patient care.

The role requires active nursing licensure and at least 3 years of oncology nursing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state.
• At least 3 years of oncology nursing experience including direct patient care and education.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Preferred: territory management experience.
• Self-starter with high motivation.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 100%, including overnights.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide education through in-services to HCPs on product information, disease state, dosing, administration, and adverse events.
• Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals as required by each office.
• Coordinate with client field sales force and report concerns to Manager.
• Accurately report visits, types of education, length, and offices visited.
• Coordinate travel to oncology offices with Sales Representatives.
• Attend required training and competency assessments.
• Maintain equipment and materials per company guidance.
