Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with regulatory standards of care.
• Assists in staffing, scheduling, and monitoring provider clinic schedules to ensure resource management and quality.
• Collaborates with clinic leadership to establish patient care standards and mentors clinical staff.
• Maintains a safe, respectful environment and responds to patient/family concerns with compassion.
• Assists with hiring, education and performance evaluations of staff.
