Job summary

Under the Nursing Director or Ambulatory Manager, you will mentor staff, uphold clinical standards, and foster collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing required; active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience; 1+ year ambulatory care preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience within a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards and ensure quality of care.
• Assist in staff scheduling and monitor clinic provider schedules for efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to set patient care standards and mentor staff.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and address patient concerns promptly.
• Use patient and staff feedback to plan improvements and support daily operations.
• Support hiring, education, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
• Promote professionalism and continuing education among the team.
