Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active multi-state RN license or single-state RN license with multi-state application.
• Current license in good standing in state of residence or work.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and triage in ambulatory clinic.
• Liaise between front desk, nursing staff, physicians and clinic manager.
• Coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans and medications.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic standards.
