Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Preferred: previous medical office experience.
• RN must hold a current multistate license and be in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Basic typing and word processing skills are expected.
• Proficient with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate communication among front desk, nursing, physicians, and clinic manager.
• Develop patient outcomes and care plans with providers.
• Support self-management and access to education for patients and families.
• Document assessments, plans, and progress in EMR accurately.
• Educate patients about medications, procedures, and safety.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with standards.
