Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Hematology/Oncology Provider Clinic.
• Assist with patient rooming, scheduling, and communications in EPIC In Basket.
• Support oncology treatment planning and nurse visits with coordination of care.
• Verify and implement orders, document in EHR, and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and safety.
• Act as Charge Nurse when assigned and mentor staff as needed.
