Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; ADN nurses must enroll in BSN within 6–9 months and complete within 30 months with tuition reimbursement.
• Current RN Illinois license; ONS/ONCC chemotherapy immunotherapy certificate within 1 year of hire; BLS from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using clinical skills to determine care.
• Develop and adjust plan of care; collaborate with Case Manager as needed.
• Potential to assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
• Support peers and work as a cohesive team to meet unit goals.
• Utilize clinical pathways and care plans following standards of practice.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and participate in education programs.
