Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Hematology/Oncology - Provider Clinic.
• Review provider schedules and assist with patient rooming and communications.
• Coordinate with infusion center staff and support care plans.
• Verify orders and document in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and expectations.
• Support quality outcomes and patient safety.
