Qualifications

• ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the Hematology/Oncology clinic.
• Assists with patient rooming and oncology care coordination.
• Verifies and executes orders; documents in the EHR.
• Responds to EPIC In Basket and patient communications.
• Collaborates with the care team to promote quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Acts as Charge Nurse when assigned and supports staff development.
• Precepts and supports ongoing professional growth.
