Job summary

Beacon Clinic Boise is seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to lead clinical and non-clinical operations at the Boise site. You will work closely with physicians, APPs, and administrative partners to optimize patient flow, staffing, and patient experience while driving quality initiatives and financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate has Idaho RN licensure, oncology or infusion experience, and a proven track record in ambulatory clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho RN license required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Oncology/infusion experience strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory clinic leadership or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing, improve workflows, and support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop nursing, clinical support, and clinic staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations: staffing, patient flow, scheduling, workflow.
• Partner with Front Office Lead to ensure efficient administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to optimize patient care and clinic performance.
• Lead budgeting, resource management, and strategic planning.
• Support practice growth through community engagement and provider relationships.
