Workcare is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of the occupational clinic in Boise. You will lead staff, manage schedules, ensure policy compliance, and drive high-quality employee care across administrative and clinical functions.

The role requires nursing leadership, CPR/AED certification, and prior onsite clinic experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical specialty.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Idaho RN license preferred.
• CAOHC certification preferred.
• DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing certified preferred.
• Experience in account management / onsite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to client employees, management, contractors, and vendor partners.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the occupational health clinic, ensuring compliance with policies and obligations.
• Manage clinic staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
• Supervise staff administratively, approve time sheets, coach and evaluate performance.
• Develop, implement, maintain SOPs and operational workflows.
• Monitor clinic workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Understand and meet client expectations for onsite clinic services and staff performance.
