Job summary

Workcare Inc. seeks an operations-focused Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day activities of the occupational clinic in Boise. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations while maintaining high-quality employee care.

The role requires clinical leadership, effective communication, and the ability to implement SOPs and improve workflow. Idaho RN licensure preferred; CPR/AED certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a clinical specialty required or equivalent experience.
• CPR/AED certification; nursing licensure preferred in Idaho.
• Experience with EMR systems, especially Cority, is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and confidentiality are essential.
• Knowledge of clinic SOPs, safety standards, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the occupational clinic and lead staff.
• Plan staffing, schedule coverage, and manage administrative tasks.
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and performance standards.
• Oversee patient flow, quality of care, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor metrics, prepare reports, and support quality initiatives.
