Job summary

UCI Health in California seeks a Cardiac Monitor Technician to provide continuous observation of patients’ cardiac rhythm, identify basic arrhythmias, and promptly notify the RN or Physician of changes. You will troubleshoot alarms and document values, mounting rhythm strips according to unit standards, and monitor patients during special procedures.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience monitoring cardiac activity, ECG certification by time of hire, and be available to work

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience monitoring cardiac activity.
• ECG Certification by time of hire.
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts, including evenings, nights and holidays.
