UCI Health is seeking a Cardiac Monitor Technician to provide continuous observation of patients' cardiac rhythm and identify basic arrhythmias. You will promptly notify the RN or Physician of changes, troubleshoot alarms, document values, and mount rhythm strips according to unit standards.

This role includes monitoring patients during special procedures. Qualifications include a minimum of one year experience in cardiac monitoring and availability to work weekends and rotating shifts,

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience monitoring cardiac activity.
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts, including evenings, nights and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythm continuously.
• Identify basic arrhythmias and notify clinicians of changes.
• Troubleshoot false alarms and document values.
• Mount rhythm strips according to unit standards.
