Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Activation Lead who will be pivotal in translating Brand needs into delivery plans across the Oncology Franchise. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in marketing or activation roles and a Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus.

The successful candidate will develop activation plans ensuring effective rollout and training, assess performance and optimize processes, and lead change management initiatives. Competitive salary range of $188,672 - $283,008 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
• Proven ability to lead activation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of Product Operating Model and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate Brand needs into activation plans.
• Ensure alignment between Franchise and Global Capability Product Team.
• Lead campaign strategies for product adoption and utilization.
