Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Provider Deployment and Advanced Practice Provider Programs in oncology. The role supports program leadership, coordinates onboarding, meetings, and templates in Epic, and ensures accurate data tracking and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work with multiple sites, and proficiency with Zoom and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to review work critically in a fast-paced health care setting.
• Professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Zoom and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel); Smartsheet preferred but learnable.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple organizations/sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming provider template change requests in Epic.
• Assist with MD Fellow templates management.
• Support provider roster maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to APP Program Leadership including calendar management.
• Support onboarding/orientation of new Advanced Practice Providers and APP Fellows.
• Organize on-site and virtual APP meetings and lectures.
• Maintain program policies, data tracking, and documents.
• Handle supply orders, IT requests, mail distribution, and reimbursement processing.
• Assist with recruitment including interview coordination and materials prep.
• Contribute to program morale and team building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
