Job summary

Texas Oncology Plano West is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Medical Oncology team. This full-time position supports the Plano West location with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedule, no weekends or major holidays.

The APP will deliver direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in collaboration with practice physicians, participate in tumor board activities, and contribute to education and staff development. Opportunities for LTIP and CME exist.

Qualifications

• MSN in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner program completed.
• NCCPA certification for PA track.
• RN license and state NP license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and management across outpatient/inpatient settings, including education and medication management.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team; refer to other providers.
• Document visits, review diagnostics, and provide staff education.
• Participate in tumor board and institutional trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
