Texas Oncology San Antonio is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Medical Oncology team in Boerne, TX. The full-time position offers 8:30a–5:00p, Monday–Friday, on-site at 124 E Bandrea Rd, Boerne.

APPs practice at the top of their license in a physician-led, supportive environment with opportunities for growth and impact. The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and ongoing professional development, including CME support and LTIP potential.

Qualifications

• MSN in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner credential.
• RN licensure and NP licensure in practicing state.
• NCCPA certification for Physician Assistant.
• Clinical Nurse Specialist path requires MSN and applicable state license.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and management in outpatient, inpatient, or surgical settings with documentation and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team.
• Proficient use of Electronic Health Records to document care per policy.
• Engage in tumor boards, trainings, and organizational meetings.
