Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education an asset.
• 5+ years successful oncology sales experience; hematology-oncology preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill is required.
• 3+ years working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices or academic hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Engage oncology specialists and key customers within assigned geography.
• Deliver clinically focused selling messages to support launch and growth of MM product.
• Collaborate with Reimbursement, Access Specialists, and Regional Science Managers to address customer needs.
• Develop strong relationships with designated accounts and perform market profiling to understand regional dynamics.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate with oncology account team to support contracting pull-through.
