Job summary

Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community, in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking an On Call LPN to meet the nursing needs of residents while upholding our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

You will help develop assignments with care partners, ensure a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors, and support resident satisfaction. New grads are welcome, CPR and LVN/LPN license in state required, with pay ranging from $29 to $34 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application (or within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an On Call LPN. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

On Call, Days/Times Vary. $29 to $34 per hour depending on experience.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
