Job summary

HumanGood’s Terraces at Summitview in Yakima, WA seeks LVN/LPN to provide resident care in a licensed nursing facility, following our person-directed care philosophy. Full-Time or Part-Time schedules available across Day, Evening, and NOC shifts; pay ranges $33.95–$40.11 per hour with shift differentials.

Requirements include WA LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and prior senior care or post-acute experience; new grads welcome.

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available!

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 - 11:15 PM
• NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay rate: $33.95 - $40.11 per hour, depending on experience

Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$1.00/hr
• NOC: +$2.00/hr

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
