Job summary

Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an On Call LVN/LPN. You will address residents' nursing needs while aligning with our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care and coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure accountability and quality care.

On Call, Days/Times Vary. Compensation ranges from $29 to $34 per hour depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the HumanGood community.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state applying for.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior/long-term care preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an On Call LPN. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

On Call, Days/Times Vary. $29 to $34 per hour depending on experience.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
