Job summary

Las Ventanas, a Human Good community in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage residents' total nursing needs and uphold the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will coordinate care with partners, ensuring safety and daily rhythm alignment for residents.

Full Time Days shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, with a pay range of $33.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience (DOE). New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the State of Nevada.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience; senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
