Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs invites an Onboarding Specialist to lead New Hire Orientation and monthly ATC training at both Mille Lacs and Hinckley locations. You will coordinate schedules, maintain training records, and partner with managers and the Talent team to ensure new Associates start strong and connected to our brand.

This part-time role requires facilitating sessions, delivering high-quality training, and managing two-property logistics while upholding our friendly, approachable guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree preferred.
• Experience delivering training or facilitation to groups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across two properties and partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation at two properties.
• Deliver ATC training monthly or as needed.
• Coordinate orientation schedules and maintain records in HRIS/Workday.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent team for onboarding improvement.
