Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley are seeking a part-time Onboarding Specialist to run New Hire Orientation and ATC training across both properties. You will coordinate sessions, prepare materials, and partner with hiring managers to ensure new associates start strong.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, strong presentation skills, and experience in training or education. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in HR/education/communications.
• Experience facilitating or presenting to groups in any setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage two properties.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation at Mille Lacs and Hinckley across both properties.
• Deliver ATC training monthly or as needed and keep content current.
• Coordinate session logistics, prepare materials, and track attendance.
• Maintain accurate training records in Workday and related HRIS systems.
• Partner with managers and Talent team to improve onboarding processes.
