Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor for Grand Casinos. You will greet guests, handle reservations, process payments, and safeguard guest information while balancing reports from the night, auditing records, and preparing management reports for the HOTEL Administration and Finance teams.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, six months of accounting or audit experience, and a preference for prior Front Desk or Rooms Controller experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with reservations, process payments, and safeguard guest information.
• Provide accurate information about services and amenities to guests.
• Assist with bell station duties and luggage handling.
• Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and prepare management reports.
• Audit guest records for accuracy and completeness; verify registrations and room/tax charges.
