Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead new hire orientation and ATC training across both casinos. The part-time role involves coordinating sessions, maintaining records in Workday, and partnering with Talent and hiring managers to ensure a smooth start for Associates.

The position requires facilitation skills, strong organization, and the ability to work across two properties, with occasional travel between Mille Lacs and Hinckley.

Qualifications

• Facilitate new hire orientation and ATC training sessions.
• Coordinate orientation schedules and records across two properties.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of onboarding data in HRIS.
• License from the Gaming Regulatory Authority must be secured and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all New Hire Orientation sessions at Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley, delivering a consistent welcome to the organization, our values, and Mille Lacs Band culture.
• Deliver ATC training monthly or as needed, aligning content with service standards.
• Track attendance and completion, keep records in Workday, and report to Talent team.
• Support documentation and data accuracy for new Associates across two properties.
