Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley seek an Onboarding Specialist (part-time) to lead new hire orientation and ATC training. You will coordinate sessions across both properties, manage materials, and partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent team to ensure a welcoming, consistent experience for all new Associates.

You will also support attendance tracking, HRIS data integrity, and ongoing improvements to onboarding content, while traveling between Mille Lacs and Hinckley as

Qualifications

Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and training for two casino properties.

Responsibilities

Facilitate New Hire Orientation at Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley.
Deliver ATC training monthly or as needed.
Coordinate orientation logistics, materials, and attendees.
Track attendance and training completion in HRIS/workday.
Provide regular reporting on orientation metrics to Talent team.
Support documentation and data accuracy for new hires.
