Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley seek an Onboarding Specialist to lead New Hire Orientation and ATC training across both properties. This part-time role involves coordinating sessions, materials, and schedules to ensure new Associates begin with a strong understanding of our values and expectations.

The incumbent will manage records, report training outcomes, and collaborate with Talent and hiring managers to maintain a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating, training, or presenting to groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation for Mille Lacs and Hinckley, delivering a welcoming start and overview of policies, expectations, and culture.
• Deliver ATC (Associates That Care) training monthly or as needed to uphold service standards.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules across two properties, track attendance, and maintain records in HRIS/Workday.
