Job summary

211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast is seeking a Training Specialist to design and facilitate onboarding and ongoing staff development. You will ensure compliance with funder requirements, maintain learning records, and support leadership with training operations and materials.

The role involves creating certificates, updating curricula, and coordinating with the Training and Quality Improvement Manager on special projects. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse learners.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, staff development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience.
• Familiarity with community resources a plus; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, refresher training, new hire training, and monthly Q&A forums.
• Provide individual coaching and follow-up training based on skill gaps.
• Develop and update training curriculum, manuals, and LMS content.
• Maintain attendance and training records; monitor funder-required training compliance.
• Prepare monthly training compliance reports and quarterly feedback summaries.
• Cross-trained to support quality improvement reviews and special projects.
