Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd. is seeking a Training & HR Specialist to support onboarding, training coordination, HR operations, and business initiatives across multiple locations.

The role requires strong organization, adaptability, service orientation, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative HR team. Frequent travel between Dalton, Cartersville, and Calhoun is required, with on-site presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in HR, training, onboarding, or related area.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel regularly between Dalton, Cartersville, and Calhoun based on business and onboarding needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary onboarding resource for new team members across Commercial and Turf businesses.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and HR team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage onboarding schedules and training calendars.
• Coordinate onboarding resources, materials, and communications for new hires.
• Support training logistics, including meetings, registrations, and materials.
• Maintain and organize talent development resources and training records.
