Job summary

Shaw Industries Group is seeking an HR Specialist to support our Savannah-area warehouse and logistics operations across four local facilities. This hands-on role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, analytics, and leave administration, partnering with the HR Manager and leadership to drive the employee experience.

Proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR resource and liaison for associates, leaders, and management across multiple Savannah-area facilities.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and postings aligned with business needs.
Support recruiting, onboarding, background checks, and offer documentation.
Coordinate onboarding through the 90‑day introductory period.
Provide HR analytics and reporting on recruiting, turnover, attendance, and engagement.
Maintain personnel records and conduct exit interviews.
