Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in HR, training, or related areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple locations and travel between Dalton, Cartersville, Calhoun.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onboarding resource for Commercial and Turf teams.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and materials.
• Assist with in-person and virtual I-9s for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding resources and communications.
• Support training logistics and event execution.
• Maintain HR records and files.
• Provide support for Talent Development projects.
• Support Turf HR onboarding and on-site HR needs.
