Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay is seeking a Senior Business Implementation Coordinator to lead onboarding for new accounts.

You will serve as the primary internal liaison during start-up, coordinating with customers and Schneider teams to ensure all start-up tasks are completed and timelines met. Key responsibilities include managing multi-account start-up plans, facilitating meetings, and documenting SOE and quote-to-cash processes through day 90, while fostering a positive experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Transportation industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with analytical data from various sources.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Desire to create a positive experience for customers and associates.

Responsibilities

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Implementation Coordinator in Green Bay to serve as Schneiders' primary internal point of contact during the onboarding phase.
