Job summary

Belcan is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to support partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR managers. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate testing and certifications, and ensure compliance with vetting requirements to ready new hires on day one.

Responsibilities include maintaining onboarding systems, handling background checks and I-9 processing, and updating candidate statuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of onboarding and/or HR Generalist experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SmartSearch, Tracker or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.

Description: An Onboarding Specialist job is currently available with Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. The Onboarding Specialist will support Belcan's core principles in earning trust as a true business partner for our Operations throughout the United States. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible to partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources Managers to efficiently onboard candidates to ensure employee readiness on the first day of work.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
