Job summary

Belcan in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support our operations nationwide. You will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR to onboard candidates, ensuring readiness on day one.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, background checks, I-9 processing and E-Verify data entry, while maintaining accuracy across ATS systems and tracking platforms. A strong communicator with HR experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years onboarding/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SmartSearch, Tracker or other ATS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.

Job description

An Onboarding Specialist job is currently available with Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. The Onboarding Specialist will support Belcan's core principles in earning trust as a true business partner for our Operations throughout the United States. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible to partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources Managers to efficiently onboard candidates to ensure employee readiness on the first day of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
