KNM is seeking a temporary Onboarding Specialist whose role is responsible for managing the process of creating new vendors and editing existing vendors. • Manage the vendor email inbox and vendor dedicated system.
• Verify the documentation and information required from new vendors.
• Contact vendors, read scripts, securing a return acceptance email, and filing accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Setting up of vendors quickly with 100% accuracy.
• Learn the system quickly to provide support.
• Assess potential risks associated with vendor relationships and mitigate them.
• Communicate clearly and effectively regarding onboarding status.
