Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Onboarding Specialist to support the People Operations team. This hybrid role partners with the Onboarding Manager to welcome new hires, coordinate pre-employment checks, and enter new staff into payroll and HR systems.

You will serve as the primary contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth cultural transition and timely completion of onboarding tasks, while maintaining accurate employee records and collaboration with payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a relationship with each new hire to facilitate their cultural assimilation.
• Serve as the key point of contact for each new hire and triage all questions that arise.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to on-board all new employees.
• Send out offer letters and employment agreements, set up required pre-employment testing/checks and track results (background, drug, SSA, NSOR, I-9).
• Enter all new hires into payroll.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to accurately classify and set-up each new hire in the HRM System.
• Create electronic employee files for all employees.
• Other tasks as assigned
