Job Title: Immediate Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing the digital filing of onboarding documents in our HR system and collaborating with recruiters and department managers to ensure seamless communication of hiring updates to candidates. The position plays a critical part in supporting candidates through the onboarding process, managing the transition of temporary employees to full-time roles, and maintaining recruitment reports using various tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital filing of onboarding documents in the HR system.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and department managers to communicate hiring updates to candidates.
  • Partner with HR Administration and Safety to verify all onboarding requirements have been met and schedule new hires for orientation.
  • Support candidates through the onboarding process by creating applicant profiles and completing all onboarding steps.
  • Oversee the onboarding of third-party temporary employees transitioning to full-time positions.
  • Maintain various recruitment reports using Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Communicate with candidates using recruitment tools such as HRIS (UKG), XOR, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Experience planning for large groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Work Environment

The role requires working onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to shift schedules to support recruiting events as needed, with advance notice. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
