About the Role

The Onboarding Associate is an important part of our team and helps create a positive experience for every new employee who joins Barrett. This is an entry level role with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy. You will support new hires through the onboarding process, coordinate required documentation, and help ensure smooth transitions for employees leaving the company.
