About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays an important part inour Business Intelligence team and helps turn data into insights that drivebetter decisions across the company. In this entry-level role, you will createdashboards, build reports, and transform raw data into meaningful insightsusing Power BI, Excel, and SQL. You will work closely with leadership andcross-functional teams to support operational reporting, expense tracking,performance analysis, and KPI development, while leveraging enhanced andautomated processes to improve efficiency across the organization.

This role blends the mindset of a software engineer with theworkload of finance and data analysis. It is ideal for someone who enjoysproblem-solving, working with numbers, and making data actionable.

What You’ll Do

• Clean,organize, and transform data from internal systems such as ARIVE intoaccurate, usable reports
• Buildand maintain Excel-based reports, including KPIs, rankings, compensationplans, and budgeting tools
• Createand update dashboards and reports using Power BI within the Microsofttechnology stack
• Analyzeperformance data to determine rankings and insights for Loan Officers andother business units
• Supportleadership with ad hoc data requests, reporting, and analysis
• Identifydata inconsistencies and work through solutions to improve accuracy andusability
• Collaboratewith internal teams to understand reporting needs and business goals
