Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate contractor onboarding in Andover, MA, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. You will act as a liaison between Operations, Sales & Recruiting teams and our contract workforce, managing drug tests and background checks per client requirements.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. You will use Microsoft Office daily and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior customer service, preferred.
• Time management skills.
• Quick learner and adapt to changes within the organization.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs.
• Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors
• Provide support for the BDN Contractors
• Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors
• Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment
• Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received
• Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements
• Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team
• Send out and review contractor paperwork
