Job summary

Methods is seeking an Onboarding and Security Officer to join the Group Security Team on a hybrid basis between the London office and remote work. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, and security vetting for staff, contractors, and associates, ensuring compliance with GovS007 and HMG SPF requirements.

You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition, manage clearances, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience with GovS007 and HMG SPF.
• Security vetting for UK government staff or contractors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong administration and document management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for permanent staff, contractors and associates.
• Administer DBS, BPSS and security clearances with SLA compliance.
• Maintain and track security clearances across departments.
• Gather information and update Salesforce and other systems.
• Prepare and issue security clearance confirmation letters.
• Support internal and external audits and certifications.
