Job summary

Northeast Residential Services (NRS) in Gray, ME seeks an energetic Agency Trainer to onboard new staff and support ongoing certifications. You will lead orientation, provide required trainings, and help employees stay current with certification requirements.

Collaborating with HR, managers, and employees, you’ll coordinate trainings, maintain accurate records, and help ensure compliance with training standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering trainings and onboarding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficient with computer systems and databases.
• Familiarity with Therap and Paycom is preferred.
• Willing to obtain instructor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation and welcome new staff.
• Provide First Aid/CPR and Safety-Care training.
• Coordinate CDS training and other agency trainings.
• Schedule and organize agency trainings and maintain records.
• Maintain training records and track expirations.
• Support HR and Training with initiatives as needed.
