Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end onboarding of corporate equity plans within the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of Stock Plan Administration and related services.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in stock plan benefits, strong client engagement with Fortune 500 firms, and certifications such as PMP or CEP, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in stock plan benefits and/or financial services.
• Strong client engagement skills with Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or similar field preferred.
• PMP Certification or in process of completion.
• Certified Equity Professional designation preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Equity Compensation.
• Brokerage industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Leadership: lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Business knowledge: equity plan administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Client Onboarding projects.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned corporate clients during onboarding.
• Engage in scoping and requirements gathering, relay to technical teams.
• Establish goals, assign work, manage multiple requests.
• Enforce project schedules, deadlines and standards.
• Lead project reviews and assess risks; facilitate communication.
• Provide regular reporting to managers and clients.
• Audit and monitor data to meet standards and methodologies.
• Resolve issues with clients and vendors as needed.
